Tuff Times In WIndow Cleaning

The worst story I heard from a customer was about a window cleaner who showed up in a beat up truck with blue jean cut off shorts and a tank top who seamed down on his luck, so the customer thought they would give the window cleaner a chance. This later turned out to be a disaster, the guy was using old equipment for window cleaning and didn’t even have everything he needed to do the job. He would work for about fifteen minutes and then go take a break to smoke, take a nap and come back smelling like he had been drinking. Well he didn’t get very far the first day in window cleaning, in fact this went on for several days. The guy didn’t shower and it looked like he was living out of his truck. By the fifth day the owner of the house told him he was fired after he was hitting on her daughter. She didn’t even pay him since he never finished and did a terrible job on the windows he did do and had to threaten to call the police to get him to leave. Needless to say her opinion of window cleaners was based on this guy and so she went many years without having her windows cleaned until she called ma at San Diego Window Cleaning. It’s hard to believe this sort of thing can happen but it does, this of course being probably the worst scenario ever.

I heard from another new  window cleaning customer the other day who told me how her last window washer sold his Escondido Window Cleaning business and when the new guy showed up he didn’t even have a ladder and had his wife and child waiting in the truck while he came to clean. She immediately told him that he lost her business and would not be cleaning her windows.

It’s crazy and funny to hear these stories form people which acts as a good reminder to me that I always need to be professional in my Oceanside window cleaning business, it can mean the difference of making money or losing business in Carlsbad Window Cleaning.
